1) You need to setup the day for you climbing.
2) Find the travel agency at Sabah.
3) Ask them the packages for climbing Kinabalu Mountain.
4) Booking 3 month early before the date you choose.( That because place for climbing Kinabalu mountain was always full booked)
5) Do deposit payment. (some travel agency, must do full payment)
6) After the confirmation the date your climbing, you need to book flight ticket to Sabah.
(that why you need to book 3 month before)
